While President Joe Biden is somewhat of a caricature in America, he recently represented the country on the world stage at the G20 summit. Over the weekend, President Biden went viral a few times for being caught falling asleep during a conference. And if that wasn’t bad enough, when it was his time to speak, President Biden was caught, yet again, handling a cheat sheet when it came to dealing with questions from the press.

On Sunday, President Biden was at the G20 summit in Rome when he had no option but to take questions from the press. The latest blunder came when the President was caught calling on pre-approved reporters. He even admitted to it, “And now I’m happy to take some questions. And I’m told I should start with AP, Zeke Miller.”

Although it is unclear what Biden was speaking about in Geneva, the President has been photographed several times holding a sheet with reporter’s names, faces, and the order to call them on it. In September, President Biden was caught carrying a cheat sheet while he toured damage brought by Hurricane Ida in Louisiana.

Sadly, it has become a common occurrence as back in August, Biden was filmed holding a list when talking to reporters about the deadly attack in Afghanistan. Again, President Biden admitted to being told who to call on first.“Ladies and gentlemen, they gave me a list here. The first person I was instructed to call on was Kelly O’Donnell from NBC.”

It should be noted that in every occurrence the cheat sheet has been involved the President appears to favor the AP, NBC News, the Washington Post, Reuters, and Bloomberg News.

The cheat sheet first made its appearance back in June when Biden met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Switzerland. Caught on camera, Biden was filmed glancing at a piece of paper before tucking it back in his pocket. And again, he would admit to it later when it said, “I’ll take your questions, and as usual, folks, they gave me a list of the people I’m going to call on.”

With the cheat sheet proven, the main question is now – who is deciding who Biden calls on?
