While many restaurants are pushing their employees to get the COVID-19 shot and make sure all guests are vaccinated, one pizzeria in Florida has decided to do the complete opposite. Not only does Solorzano’s Pizzerias not care if you are vaccinated, but they have also decided to embrace the movement that has swept the nation as the Biden administration pushes for vaccine mandates. Embracing the belief that all people have the right to medical freedom, the owner, Phil Solorzano, decided to make a pizza with the letters “FJB” on it using pepperoni. And if you need help understanding what FJB means, well… “F**K Joe Biden!”

Speaking on how he came up with the idea, Solorzano told reporters it mainly stemmed from the prices of goods surging in the last few months.”Pepperoni more than doubled. Most products have doubled. Kenny [Palin, general manager and franchise owner] has been telling me for months there are products you can’t find, that are out for two to three weeks. It’s just a pain in the butt.”

Taking a jab at the president, Palin said that “It costs more to make, but we sell it at the same price.”

But while the pizzeria might have taken a hit on the price, it has become a huge success among customers. Palin added, “’The “FJB” has “really blown up. It’s taken on a life of its own.”

As for the reviews, Solorzano wasn’t shy about the negative backlash. “We’re getting both reactions, obviously. People know who we are, and who I am on social media. I kind of show no mercy, and people know my opinion. They agree with us, or if they don’t agree with us, they laugh at us and know we’re joking around most of the time. That’s how I am.”

And while some have called for the pizza shop to be boycotted, Solorzano just laughed. “I love it. Please, please boycott us. That would be like the 500th boycott which does nothing but bring us more business.”I love ruffling those feathers. I love pressing those buttons. And you know why? Because why not.”
