The FBI has gone full “woke” and launched a training program based on critical race theory that the bureau hopes will get agents to think about what role intersectionality plays in both their professional and personal lives.
Documents obtained by the Manhattan Institute’s Chris Rufo show that the program, which was set up by the FBI’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, strives to educate FBI employees not only on what intersectionality is but also on how they can deconstruct their own identities.
The program’s objectives are stated as being to “Define ‘Intersectionality’ and review the history of the term; Reflect on identity and engage with our own intersections; Discuss the role of intersectionality in our work; Learn tips and tricks for increasing inclusion in the workplace.”
The program goes on to break down the eight characteristics of a person that are deemed to be most important by the FBI. Fox News reported that these characteristics are as follows: “Race/Ethnicity,” “Gender,” “Sexual Orientation,” “Ability,” “Religion,” “Age,” “Education,” and “Social Class.”
It then invites participants of the program to reflect upon themselves.
Throughout the program, those who are participating are asked various questions about aspects of their identity they feel are most and least aware of each day. They are also to define which aspects of their identity that they feel are invisible or hardest to discuss with others and which they’d like to learn more about.
The program ends by showing the participants how inclusion can be put to use in the workplace and what steps can be taken to achieve it.
This comes days after the National School Board Association wrote a letter to President Joe Biden asking his administration to treat parent protests at school board meetings as possible acts of “domestic terrorism.” The NSBA claimed that it had traced “threats” to CRT concerns, which the association dismissed as “propaganda.”
Parents across the country were furious about this.
“I am what a domestic terrorist looks like?” questioned Asra Nomani, vice president of investigations and strategy at Parents Defending Education. “You owe parents an apology!”
It’s not enough that the left is trying to brainwash the minds of our children with critical race theory. They are trying to effectively impact national security by forcing FBI agents to waste their time on this “woke” nonsense when they should be focused on doing their actual jobs.
If we don’t stop wokeness soon, America as we know it may just be doomed forever.
