Despite a constant onslaught by Joe Biden, the White House and his proxies in the mainstream media against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, new data show Florida continue to excel not just in affording citizens freedom, but also with low COVID figures.

According to a chart published by The New York Times this week, Florida’s case rate per 100,000 people for the previous week was 13, placing it third only behind Connecticut and Hawaii, all of which have rates of 11 cases per 100,000. That means despite the false narrative in the media about Florida, 47 states in our Republic are worse off in terms of COVID cases.  It should be noted as well that most of those states ahead of Florida have succumbed to strict, draconian COVID restrictions and have lived in fear. Their result: More cases.

The 14-day change rate in Florida dropped 48 percent, while Alabama’s dropped 61 percent and Hawaii’s dropped 51 percent. States further north, in particular, were discovered at the opposite end of the spectrum, with rates rising 32 percent in Colorado, 27 percent in Vermont, 26 percent in Michigan, and 22 percent in Minnesota.

Just weeks ago Click Orlando noted, “As the number of new COVID-19 cases continues to drop in Florida, the state on Friday reported an average of 5,396 new cases per day over the last week. This is the fifth straight week the number of weekly COVID-19 cases has declined.

So while warm weather certainly is an aid to southern states, such as Florida, the fact remains that Florida has consistently demonstrated among the better numbers in the country, despite constant lies and fudging of figures by the mainstream media in order to punish DeSantis for going against their narrative of fear and compliance.
