Things are not looking good for Governor Fancy Hair.
There’s a lot of scuttlebutt right now, that Gavin is in some very big political trouble.
OANN reporter Emerald Robinson said this today on Twitter:

“It looks more and more like @GavinNewsom is getting recalled and @larryelder will be the next Governor of California.

And I think she’s right.
His opponent is popular conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder, and he’s not only “gaining” in the polls, but he’s also actually leading in one very big poll conducted for one of San Diego’s biggest newspapers.
It’s not looking good for Gavin.
The San Diego Tribune reported that more than half of likely voters in California say they would vote to recall Gov. Gavin Newsom next month, according to a statewide survey released Wednesday.
The poll, conducted by SurveyUSA for The San Diego Union-Tribune, KGTV 10News in San Diego and KABC-TV in Los Angeles, said 51 percent of those asked indicated they would vote to remove Newsom from office.
And you can also tell that things are going south for Gavin by the level of political panic that’s coming from his side and the onslaught of attacks he’s hurling at Elder.

If you know anything about politics, these types of attacks can only mean one thing: Gavin is scared because the sacred walls have been breached.
Breitbart reported that California Gov. Gavin Newsom attacked conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder on Thursday during a Zoom call with campaign volunteers, targeting the candidate who is the leading contender to replace Newsom in many polls.
Newsom’s attack acknowledges Elder, a popular figure who has never run for public office before, as the leading threat to his tenure. Several recent polls show voters increasingly prepared to recall Newsom; the most recent showed a majority of likely California voters were prepared to remove Newsom from office — a reversal from earlier this year.
The Los Angeles Times reported:
Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday attacked the Republican topping the field of candidates trying to replace him in the September recall election, calling conservative talk show host Larry Elder a climate change denier who would restrict abortion rights and end the minimum wage if elected.
For months Newsom has criticized the recall effort as the handiwork of far-right supporters of former President Trump and a Republican Party intent on undermining his election in 2018, shying away from personal attacks on the candidates hoping to take his place in Sacramento.
But in a Zoom call with volunteers working on his anti-recall campaign, Newsom hit out at Elder, calling him a major Trump supporter — a rallying cry in a state won overwhelmingly by President Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Newsom also accused Elder of being a threat to abortion rights established under the landmark Roe vs. Wade U.S. Supreme Court decision in 1973.
I think Gavin and the Dems have underestimated how mad the American people are over the handling of this COVID nightmare.
People lost their livelihoods and their entire way of life over this virus, while Newsom was dining with his rich pals at French Laundry.
That doesn’t just “sting,” that infuriates people in unimaginable ways.
Because the same elites telling us how scared we should be and how we should sacrifice, are the same people who are not appearing the least bit scared or sacrificing at all.
And despite what Gavin says, this was not a recall pushed by Republicans and Trump supporters. It was a bipartisan effort, and he knows it, and so do the people of California, who honestly deserve better than some elitist bum like Mr. Fancy Hair.
