America under Joe Biden is starting to not only look, but feel entirely different.
This latest case of silencing political opposition in New Jersey is just another such terrifying instance that demonstrates our once free country is going in the wrong direction…fast.
A homeowner angered neighbors in Roselle Park and was told that her anti-Biden flags displayed on her property went against local ordinances..
The banking system is on shaky ground, but Chuck Norris has a plan to protect your wealth ...
She also displayed pro-Trump flags.
The six flags that offended community members read as follows:
“Don’t Blame Me I Voted For Trump”
“Joe Biden Sucks”
“F*** Biden”
“F*** Biden Not My President”
“Socialism Sucks Biden Blows”
As well as another flag that shows former President Trump giving the double bird, while also saying “F*** Biden.
The banking system is on shaky ground, but Chuck Norris has a plan to protect your wealth ...
Are they appropriate? That’s in the eye of the beholder. But is it her right to fly them on her property and speak her mind? It damn well should be.
Still, Mayor Joseph Signorello claims it goes against ordinances that prohibit obscene materials and that the display is nearby an elementary school.
Andrea Dick, the owner of the display said, “I’m not going to take them down… I received a call from code enforcement today… I didn’t say anything negative about you, but I’m not going to take them down. I stated that I have the right to free expression and that I will leave them up there.”
In the end, at least for now, Dick lost the battle as a local judge declared that the display must come down, or she would face a daily fine of $250 per day.
The Democrat officials insist it has nothing to do with the political nature of the flags, but rather their vulgarity.
The battle is not done, as Dick has first amendment rights, rights the left is claiming are not absolute.
How do you feel about this? Should she be allowed to keep up the flags (offensive or not) on her property? Weigh in and let us know.
