The Biden DOJ, Merrick Garland, sent a threatening letter with guidelines for post election audits.
The letter came as the results of the Maricopa County election audit begins to wrap up.
The timing reeks of panic about what they may have found.
Arizona House Rep. Mark Finchem appeared on Steve Bannons War Room and had a few thinks to say in response…
Mark Finchem: I got news for Merrick Garland. There’s this little thing called the Constitution. You might want to pull it out and read it. In fact I’d even be happy to send you a copy. Article 1, Section 4. Let me read it to you Merrick. The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives. Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2. It is the Legislature that has responsibility for nominating and naming the Electors for President. So I would advise Merrick Garland and his team of thugs that now occupy the Department of Justice, tread very lightly. Our Attorney General, I spoke with their representative this morning. I’m not going to put them on the hook for anything but you’re gonna walk into a very surprising reception if you try to do anything in this state that interferes with legislative authority for handling our elections. Hard Stop.
Steve Bannon: So I can take it that the patriots out there, and elected officials like yourself, Wendy Rogers, the great President of the Senate Karen Fann, Sonny Borelli, others. And even, I assume, Brnovich who’s not been with us but I thinks getting old time religion cuz he’s facing, you know, he wants to be a U.S. Senator. People are out there saying don’t mess with Arizona. We’ll take care of our own business. That what I’m hearing?
