Calgary, Canada – Heavily armed police brought Rev. Artur Pawlowski to his knees, in the middle of the street as rain was pouring down, placing him under arrest for holding a Church service.

Rev. Artur Pawlowski along with his brother Dawid Pawlowski were both taken into custody on Saturday afternoon for violating state COVID orders by holding a Church service for dozens of worshippers who were not wearing masks and or social distancing. They were both charged with holding an illegal public gathering and “requesting, inciting or inviting others” to join them. Earlier in the day, Calgary police had shown up to the service and were forced out by the people who were in attendance. Rev. Artur Pawlowski had predicted to the crowd that the police would return later on with more assistance.

Rev. Artur Pawlowski had kicked out the Calgary police during Holy Week as well when they attempted to interrupt a Church service. He shouted at the officers to get out of the Church and that their presence was not welcomed.
