MSNBC’s Donny Deutsch lashed out at Republicans on Friday as he predicted that former President Donald Trump will be indicted by the next presidential election in 2024.

While talking to Mika Brzezinski on “Morning Joe,” Deutsch expressed his belief that Trump will be “unelectable” moving forward.

Brzezinski kicked off the segment by playing a clip in which pollster Frank Luntz argued that Trump’s efforts to undermine faith in the outcome of the 2020 election will backfire and cost the Republican Party any potential gains in 2022.

“If Republicans lose the majority in the House, they will lay the blame at the feet of Donald Trump for telling people it’s not worth it to vote,” Luntz said in the video.

Brzezinski agreed, saying that it will take a few election cycles for people to believe that the last vestiges of the Trump Administration were gone, according to The Daily Caller.

“It will take a cycle or two,” Deutsch agreed, before addressing Republicans directly. “Donald Trump is a losing proposition. Those images that we were playing of people storming the Capitol, that’s all you have to say about Donald Trump. So what is so insane about the Republicans, and by the way, he will be indicted between now and the next election, he is unelectable. Donald Trump is unelectable.”

“You are fools. Forget right or wrong, you are losers with Donald Trump,” he concluded. “Get that in your thick, dumb, skulls.”

This comes days after we reported that Brzezinski accused Trump of taking the GOP “hostage” as she reacted to a Wall Street Journal op-ed entitled, “Purging Liz Cheney.”

“Joe, it just goes back to our lead story, and how serious it is — what this judge has said about the Trump presidency, about the Mueller report that the president with the help of the attorney general used the Mueller report to drum up hate, to foment anger, and it all led up to January 6, and by the way, took the Republican Party hostage, and they are choosing to stay there,” she said.
