Noah Green has been identified as the man who rammed his vehicle into two U.S. Capitol Police Officers on Friday, resulting in the death of Officer William ‘Billy’ Evans, injuries to another USCP Officer, and Green’s death.  Authorities say Green rammed the officers and then exited the vehicle with a large knife. USCP officers fired on Green, fatally wounding him.

Jesse Rodriguez, Vice President of Editorial for MSNBC, tweeted “The suspect in Capitol Police incident is a 25 year old Indiana man named Noah Green. May have lived in Virginia. On his Facebook page, he notes that he is a follower of the Nation of Islam.”

In an article, CNN reported Green posted several stories on Instagram less than two hours before he was killed. The Instagram account featured other videos of Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan speaking.

One of the videos was titled, “The U.S. Government is the #1 enemy of Black people!”  In a separate Instagram post last week, Green wrote that Farrakhan saved him “after the terrible afflictions I have suffered presumably by the CIA and FBI, government agencies of the United States of America.”

In a comment to that post, Green added, “I have suffered multiple home break ins, food poisonings, assaults, unauthorized operations in the hospital, mind control.”

In a Facebook account, Green posted that the “person in history he’d most like to meet is Malcolm X.”

Green’s social media accounts were quickly taken down. Jordan Lancaster, a reporter for Daily Caller,  took screenshots of Green’s social posts prior to the big tech deletion.
