Last Friday, a disturbing piece of video footage went viral in which President Joe Biden fell multiple times while trying to make his way up the stairs to Air Force One. During a new interview on Monday, former President Donald Trump reacted to Biden’s falls by saying that he “expected it” to happen.

“I expected it,” Trump told Newsmax TV host Greg Kelly. “Actually, when I went down the ramp at West Point, which was like a sheet of ice with no railing, no nothing — great planning — I wanted to go inch by inch because the last thing I want to do is take a tumble like Biden did. Now, that tumble was terrible, and it wasn’t really one. It was three. And it wasn’t mentioned — for the most part — it wasn’t mentioned in the lamestream — as we call it — the lamestream media.”

Trump went on to wonder if Biden “understands what he’s signing” because his agenda is so far to the left that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) “on steroids” would not be signing what he is.

“There’s something going on. It’s crazy. What’s happening is crazy, and you wonder whether or not all of the things that he’s signing, whether or not he understands what he’s signing because this is worse than Bernie Sanders,” he stated. “At its worst point, we never thought this could happen. Bernie Sanders on steroids wouldn’t be signing what this guy is signing.”

During this same interview, Trump also blasted Karl Rove, who has become a clear never-Trump Republican in recent years.

“He shouldn’t be a Fox analyst,” Trump said of Rove. He went on to talk about the fact that Rove is reportedly listed as a headliner for a March 31 virtual fundraiser for Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), another never-Trump Republican.

“Karl Rove, if he’s going for that guy – over anybody – he’s not a Republican; he’s not a good Republican,” Trump said. “Look, he’s been a RINO [Republican in Name Only] for a long time – bad news. And I hope people don’t contribute to him.”

“You know who’s going to give to that? Democrats,” he added. “He’ll have Democrats give. The Republicans are not going to give. Democrats are going to give. Between Karl Rove and Kinzinger, Republicans they’re not going to give, but plenty of Democrats will give. We’ll see how they do. He’s going to have some good competition.”
