If a human being wants to consider themself a cocker spaniel that is all well and good. He or she can sleep in a dog bed, eat dog food, and wear a collar. However, they do not have the right to ask others to treat them as cocker spaniels, nor should the law view them as such. To do so would be to enable their mental illness. Such as it is with alleged transsexuals.

One can dress up, one can mutilate the body, can take any drugs galore, but it will not alter the basic determination of male or female gender. Thus, there is no “trans”, as the supposed transformation is biologically impossible. These people suffering from gender dysphoria can live as they like, but when they cynically manipulate their sickness into a PC advantage on the interscholastic sports field, it is time for responsible authority to step in. The Kansas Senate has done just that.

FNC: “The Kansas Senate voted on Wednesday to approve a bill that would ban transgender girls on female sports teams, according to reports. The bill passed 24-10 in the Republican-controlled legislature and would require public schools and state colleges to categorize sports teams based on an athlete’s gender at birth. The bill has reportedly been a priority for Kansas Republicans. More than a dozen other states are reportedly considering similar bills and Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves just signed a bill banning trans girls on girls’ sports teams last week. The Family Policy Alliance of Kansas hailed the advancement of the bill as a victory for women and girls in the state.” There are also men only who merely call themselves women to compete against and best women in sports. Wonder what radical feminists would say about that hoisting on their own left wing petard?

“Girls desire a fair playing field. That is all this bill provides,” Brittany Jones, the alliance’s Director of Advocacy said in a statement, according to WIBW-TV in Topeka. “To every female athlete – this is a declaration that there is a place for you to shoot for the stars in Kansas.”

“What we heard in testimony is that there are parents and there are student-athletes that want to compete against folks that have that same physical makeup,” Sen. Molly Baumgardner, a Republican and chair of the education committee, said, according to KSNT-TV in Topeka, Kansas.

Senate President Ty Masterson, a Republican, argued the bill isn’t about “sexuality, it is not about orientation, it is not about identity, it is not about discrimination. What it is about very simply, fair competition in women’s sports.” He stated categorizing teams by gender is “basic science,” KSNT reported. He is correct. But it’s more than about sports or politics. It’s about how much depravity and sickness masquerading as social justice this country is willing to tolerate and even accept before the majority of traditionalist Americans fight back.
