Not even a full week after former President Donald Trump’s roaring speech at CPAC and big tech are already censoring him again. It wasn’t enough for big tech to overstep their boundaries when they first banned the President, now, with the backing of the Democrats, they have decided to start purging the internet of videos pertaining to Donald Trump.
The Democrats hated the fact that over 10 million people tuned in to watch Trump return to the podium. And it’s safe to say – he didn’t disappoint. From teasing a comeback campaign in 2024 to slamming Biden’s immigration policy, Trump didn’t hold back as he set the record straight and sent a shiver down the spine of every liberal. 2 impeachments and a stolen election later, Trump continues to gain momentum with each passing week.
To stop the spread of Trump’s message, YouTube opted to delete his CPAC speech from their platform. The video was first uploaded by The Right Side Broadcasting Network who not only noticed the video had been deleted but their account was banned as well. They tweeted, “RSBN has been suspended from YouTube for two weeks because of the Trump #CPAC2021 speech, which violated their guidelines on election misinformation. The video was approaching 4 million views. They have also removed it from their platform.”
It’s worth noting that according to YouTube’s terms, our video of Trump’s CPAC speech would have been allowed to stay up had we provided “countervailing viewpoints”.
Essentially we would have had to go on air and say everything Trump just said about election fraud is not true.

But it doesn’t seem like YouTube is the only company deliberately trying to silence Trump and the Republican Party. RSBN also noted that other channels showing the speech had been taken down, including some mainstream media.
It’s safe to say that Trump’s speech definitely struck a nerve with the Democrats. Not only did he destroy the ratings when it came to the dismal Golden Globes, but Trump also beat Biden as well. According to YouTube, Biden’s inauguration only garnered a few million views and hasn’t climbed much since. On the other side, Trump’s speech continues to be the topic of conversation.
While the former President remained silent on the matter, his son Donald Trump Jr. isn’t backing down from the Big Tech purge that is taking place. He tweeted, “This sort of manipulation and interference only shows how much weight these monopolies put on the scale of freedom. It’s never going to end until we all band together to stop it.”
