Michigan Home Of ‘Big Trump Supporter’ Is Bombed – Police Investigating

A Michigan’s homeowner who had an explosive thrown into his house on Saturday is speaking out to say that he may have been targeted because he is known to be a big supporter of Donald Trump.

The homeowner, who did not want his name to be publicly released, said he was at his home in St. Clair Shores with his girlfriend in an upstairs bedroom when they heard an explosion. When they ran downstairs to see what happened, they found that the explosion had blown out drywall, shattered glass and caused cracks in the ceiling.

“We came out and there was a big mess here,” the homeowner told Fox2 Detroit. “Everything was smoking and I got on the phone and called 911 and they showed up pretty quick.”

“My neighbor came over from across the street and he said 2 blocks over they called him and said what the hell happened? They thought a bomb went off,” he added.

Chilling surveillance footage showed an unidentified man running up to the home and throwing some kind of explosive through the window. An additional recording captures the person running out of a pick-up truck and throwing a second explosive.

“We were really scared. I mean when you feel your house shake and explode and smoke, you don’t know what’s going on,” the homeowner added.

When asked why someone would target his home, the homeowner said that it was probably because of his political beliefs.

“We’re thinking maybe because I’m a big Trump supporter,” the homeowner said. “I mean everyone has people that don’t like them … but not to the extent of trying to blow my house up.”

The homeowner is so desperate to find out what happened here that he is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone that has information that leads to an arrest.

“I mean, it’s worth it to me to find out who’s trying to catch my house on fire and possibly kill me,” the homeowner explained.
