President Donald Trump, in a late Monday night tweet, vowed to continue the fight against what he dubbed the “most corrupt election in American political history.”

This, even as General Services Administration (GSA) Administrator Emily W. Murphy announced that the Trump administration will begin the formal transition process for the incoming administration of Democrat Joe Biden.

The President indicated that continuing the process of transition is not the same as waving the white flag of surrender when it comes to the election results.

“What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history?” he asked.

“We are moving full speed ahead,” Trump continued. “Will never concede to fake ballots [and] ‘Dominion.'”

Trump Still Not Willing To Concede The ‘Corrupt’ Election

Dominion Voting Systems has been cited by the President’s allies repeatedly as they allege machines from that manufacturer switched votes from Biden to Trump.

Hard evidence of such claims has yet to be delivered to the public, while a spokesperson for Dominion claimed it is “physically impossible” for that to have occurred.

Meanwhile, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals offered a glimmer of hope Monday, granting the Trump campaign’s request for an expedited review of a lower court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit over voting in Pennsylvania.

The campaign filed a brief, according to the Daily Mail, that narrowed the scope of what they consider “defective” ballots.

“The campaign is not seeking to disenfranchise 6.8 million Pennsylvanian voters,” the expedited filing reads. “Instead, it only seeks to set aside the defective ballots among the 1.5 million cast in the defendant counties.”

“The campaign seeks to examine a sample of the mail ballots to determine the defective percentage of ballots among the 1.5 million, which should then be deducted from Biden’s vote total,” the appeal continues.

Fox reports that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has until 4 pm Tuesday to file a brief supporting the state’s argument that the Trump campaign had already made these assertions and they had already been thrown out of court.

Is There a Constitutional Path?

On Sunday, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Fox News that the President’s team does have different paths they can take in contesting the election, but questioned whether those paths would lead to victory.

“They have two or three legal, constitutional paths,” Dershowitz said.

Of those, he addressed the extended deadline in Pennsylvania for mail-in ballots, where appeals continue, and the Dominion allegations, both of which have flaws in getting results reversed.

“There, there are enough votes to make a difference but I haven’t seen the evidence to support that,” he said.

“So in one case they don’t have the numbers, in the other case they don’t seem yet to have the evidence, maybe they do, I haven’t seen it,” Dershowitz continued. “But the legal theory is there to support them if they have the numbers and they have the evidence.”

It remains to be seen if the President’s legal team can convert theory into reality.
