On Friday, Former CNN White House correspondent Jessica Yellin appeared as a guest on “Real Talk with Bill Maher.” The show’s name wasn’t enough of a hint for Yellin as she used her time to promote and encourage the ongoing riots and looting. Being the host, Bill Maher quickly cut the talk short and grilled Yellin over being part of the problem in America.

What was meant to be an interview about her career on Instagram and book Savage News turned into a school lesson as even the host of Good Luck America sat stunned when Maher gave a quick and stern seminar on peaceful protests. The whole incident started when Yellin suggested nationwide violence is actually contained in a small part of Portland, Oregon.

The conversation went as followed:

Maher: “I’m not down with this ‘Property’s on the table as something we can just take because things are not right.'”

Yellin: “Where is the mass destruction of property happening right now?”

Maher: “Do you watch the news?”

Yellin: “If you look at Portland, it’s two square blocks!”

It was at this statement when Maher decided to take over the conversation and drown out Yellin as she continued to deny the violence filmed on phones across America. Maher said, “There is a view, it is in the media. Please. I know you’ve seen it. Don’t look at me like I am making this up — that somehow this is a justifiable approach.”

Still, Yellin appeared to double down on her comments as she suggested, “Isn’t pain part of protest? I mean, isn’t that what … ” Yellin would never get to finish her statement as Maher cut her off again, knowing nothing productive was coming.

Maher simply responded, “So you’re part of this. You believe it!”

Before ending the interview, Maher would give an example as to why Yellin’s way of thinking is unjustifiable when he stated, “I saw this guy at a Papa John’s yelling through his broken glass, ‘You are going to elect Trump and I’m just trying to feed my family.’ I don’t think his view is just, like, ‘C’est la vie, it’s just property.'”
