We may have the hint we’ve been looking for to determine who the Democrats want the Vice President pick to be, and make no mistake about it, Joe is not making this decision.  Hell, he may not even remember that he is running for president.

But with months of debate, delays and uncertainty with who the VP would be, it now is looking like former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice will be the pick.

Rice who is known for her mishandling of the attack in Benghazi that left four Americans dead, and more recently for saying Trump and his supporters “belong in the trash heap of history” just sold her shares of Netflix.

It has been known that she was on a shortlist of candidates for the VP spot, along with Kamala Harris, Karen Bass, Tammy Duckworth and a few other outliers.

Deadline reported that Rice sold her shares which were reportedly valued at $305,323, according to an SEC filing earlier this week.

A statement was issued by the Rice team saying, “Ambassador Rice’s sale of a fraction of her Netflix stock has nothing to do with VP speculation.” They continued, “She filed a stock plan pursuant to SEC regulations over three months ago.”

While no formal announcement has been made, and certainly in the strange year of 2020 and with a candidate like Biden things could change, but it would seem that at the very least Susan Rice is going to play a big role for the Democrats in this election and moving forward.
