Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden just suffered yet another humiliating gaffe, this time repeatedly forgetting when he was inaugurated as vice president of the United States.
While participating in a fundraiser hosted by Hollywood star Tom Hanks during this week’s virtual Democratic National Convention, Biden tried to explain how he was inaugurated as vice president alongside President Barack Obama forty years after his work as a public defender.
“I quit, I became a public defender. And I used to have to interview my clients down by the train station…and 40 years later to the month, January of 2018, I found myself in a circumstance where, I mean 2012, I find myself standing in the same spot I was standing 40 years earlier,” Biden said. “And I was waiting for a black man, Tom, to come and pick me up from Philadelphia. A guy named Barack Obama. On 17th January, to take me to Washington, a trip I’ve made a thousand of times commuting every day, to be sworn in as president and vice president.”
In reality Biden was inaugurated neither in 2018 nor in 2012; his two actual inaugural ceremonies occurred in 2009 and 2013, respectively.
Hanks, who is just another member of Hollywood’s liberal elite, just nodded along politely as Biden continued showcasing his blatant hypocrisy.
This comes after we reported that Biden forgot two of his own grandchildren during an interview with the rapper Cardi B.
“You’re telling me. I got four kids, five grandkids,” Biden said. “Come on, I’m an expert. I understand about kids. They’re the most important thing in the world. They come first.”

Biden has previously “forgotten” his son Hunter’s love child that he had with a stripper, but this time he forgot a second grandchild as well, according to PJ Media. Biden’s late son Beau had two children, while his son Hunter has five kids (that we know of).
