Amy Cooper, the upper West Side of Manhattan-residing liberal and former investment firm employee who lost her composure and called the police on an innocent black birdwatcher, is indicative of the real feelings of upscale liberals about black people. Oh, they are fine when viewed as a racial and political stereotype by Democrats. But in the flesh, upscale liberal Democrats recoil from their very presence, especially a liberal with heavy “Karen” tendencies, hence dubbed “Central Park Karen” on the social media sphere.

Of course, various armchair pundits on social media theorized that Cooper was a racist and Trump supporter. They got it half right. Cooper is a neurotic bigot who loathes the president, given her pattern of political donations. Wednesday it was revealed she has given campaign cash to Democrats such as Barack Obama, Pete Buttigieg, and John Kerry. So much for the genius of the PC pundit class who can see racists everywhere except among their own ranks.

It was a spring Monday morning in the Ramble, a space of New York City’s Central Park popular with birdwatchers and other non-threatening personnel. The peace of the day changed when birdwatcher Christian Cooper (no relation) pulled out his phone and captured Amy Cooper calling police to breathlessly intone she was being “threatened” by “an African-American man” after Cooper merely asked her to leash her dog in accordance with city regulations. Oh yes, birdwatchers are a notoriously vicious bunch. Albeit awkwardly, they could possibly stab you with their binoculars.

The massively watched video, posted on Facebook by Christian Cooper and on Twitter by his sister Melody Cooper, sparked legitimate accusations of racism. In a Facebook post, the male Cooper claimed the dog was “tearing through the plantings” and told Amy Cooper she should go to another part of Central Park. When she said no, he pulled out dog treats for her pet, in an attempt to defuse the situation. This caused her to scream at him to not come near her dog. That’s when the screeching mayhem began.

“I’m going to tell them there’s an African-American man threatening my life,” Amy Cooper says, as she brings down her face mask and struggles to get a hold of her dog.

“Please call the cops,” Christian Cooper politely says. She, unbelievably, actually dials 911: “There’s an African-American man, I’m in Central Park, he is recording me and threatening myself and my dog. … Please send the cops immediately!” Notice the first thing she said was that Cooper was black. Did she expect the NYPD to send their “Black Person Squad”? When police got there they were both gone. What NYC cops could have dealt with is several counts of animal cruelty inflicted by Miss Cooper lifting her dog’s upper body from the earth, in effect dangling/choking the pet while keeping taut its leash, for no justified reason.

Marxist Mayor of New York City Bill de Blasio, through his mental haze and probably thinking he could score anti-Trump points, inadvertently stumbled on to the truth.

In further not-so-good news for Amy Cooper, she was fired on Tuesday from her job with investment firm Franklin Templeton. The company said on Twitter: “Following our internal review of the incident in Central Park yesterday, we have made the decision to terminate the employee involved, effective immediately. We do not tolerate racism of any kind at Franklin Templeton.”

Just rewards for a liberal racist who took her own inner demons out on an innocent NYC citizen out to birdwatch. This incident exposes the true attitude of metropolitan leftists toward black people. Hopefully the black community will wake up to this reality.
