Alan Dershowitz claims state has the right to ‘plunge a needle into your arm’ and vaccinate citizens by force

Since the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Democrats like Dershowitz have been shamelessly using it to try and control every aspect of our lives.

Liberal Democratic lawyer Alan Dershowitz, an emeritus professor at Harvard Law, just went so far as to say that the state has the “right” to “plunge a needle into your arm” and forcibly vaccine its citizens if necessary.

During a recent talk with Jason Goodman, host of the Internet show “Crowdsource of Truth,” Dershowitz outrageously claimed that the U.S. Constitution gives the government permission to forcibly vaccinate its citizens so as to stop the spread of a pandemic. Goodman responded by asking Dershowitz where exactly it says this in the constitution.

“Let me put it very clearly,” Dershowitz said. “You have no constitutional right to endanger the public and spread the disease, even if you disagree. You have no right not to be vaccinated, you have no right not to wear a mask, you have no right to open up your business.”

He went on to claim that if a person has a non-contagious disease like cancer, he or she is legally allowed to refuse treatment. “[But] If you refuse to be vaccinated [for a contagious disease], the state has the power to literally take you to a doctor’s office and plunge a needle into your arm,” Dershowitz continued. “You have no right to refuse to be vaccinated against a contagious disease. Public health, the police power of the Constitution, gives the state the power to compel that. And there are cases in the United States Supreme Court.”

The renowned legal expert then had the nerve to defend his statements by saying that this is all part of living in a Democratic society. “That’s what a democracy is about,” he said. “If the majority of the people agree and support that, for public health measures, you have to be vaccinated, you have to be vaccinated. They should give you an alternative. The alternative is to live in your home, don’t get vaccinated, but never ever leave your home or live in a bubble. But if you want to interact with other people, you cannot become Typhoid Mary. The Constitution doesn’t give you the right to spread your illness to other people.”

Since the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Democrats like Dershowitz have been shamelessly using it to try and control every aspect of our lives. His statements show that we need to keep a close eye on Democrat leaders, as they will never be satisfied until they have total and complete control of us all.
