Actor Michael Keaton of “Batman” fame disappointed many of his fans this week when he showed that he is just another Hollywood star who is hopelessly infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome by telling the president to “get out of the way” amid the coronavirus pandemic.

While watching President Trump’s daily press briefing on COVID-19 yesterday, Keaton took to Instagram to pathetically beg the president to just “get out of the way.”

“Please. I swear. I’m not even hating or yelling,” Keaton wrote. “Just, please get out of the way. No one will get mad. Please. Move out of the way. Please.”

President Trump has tried to be as transparent as possible since this pandemic began, giving Americans daily updates on the situation in his press briefings. Given the fact that liberals have been calling for more transparency from Trump for years, it’s ironic that this is the very thing they are whining about now.

Unfortunately for Keaton, he is now learning the hard way that outside of his left-wing Hollywood bubble, he’s alienated millions of fans who think Trump is doing a great job.

“I think he’s doing a pretty good job on a tight situation, and with short notice,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “it’d be f***ing happening if anyone else under the sun was president. Because CHINA hid their outbreak from US for months before we even heard of it. Get your head out of the sand.”

“Too bad for you his most likely opponent can’t even remember what state he’s in,” a third user wrote, referring to what many see as the mental instability of current Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden.

This isn’t the only time that Keaton has gotten political this week; he also appeared to throw his support behind a potential presidential run by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. “This guy is showing real leadership and with CLARITY,” he wrote of Cuomo. “Cuomo-Fauci 2024. Joking (kind of).”

It’s painfully obvious that Keaton is just another clueless Hollywood star who thinks his fame in the entertainment world makes him an expert on politics. He should stick to what he does best, which is play pretend for a living, and leave the politics up to those of us with a complete brain.
