What’s a celebrity to do when they want a big lavish over-the-top wedding and a pandemic has arrived? Looks like pop singer Jennifer Lopez is putting the brakes on her wedding plans for now.

Lopez and Rodriguez got engaged in March of 2019 and he will be Jennifer’s fourth husband if the wedding materializes. It really does feel like Lopez really likes the weddings more than the marriages so I can see why she would want to re-schedule for a better day to have her big party.

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Lopez talked about her wedding plans. She said, ”It did affect it a little bit. We will see what happens now. Honestly, I really don’t know what’s going to happen now as far as dates of anything like that.”

But don’t sweat it. Jen isn’t suffering too much. Being such a busy celebrity, a pandemic brings a needed break from a hectic schedule. She said, “I’ve been so on the run for the last few years that it’s nice to be home. I planned to take a little time off after the whole Super Bowl thing and World of Dance, which I just finished filming a few weeks ago,” she says. “So it’s been nice so far.”

It’s “nice” to see the celebrities riding out the pandemic well, not worrying about trivial things like paying bills or losing jobs. And those million dollar weddings can just be postponed for another time. The caviar and champagne will still be there – that is, as long as all of those businesses survive to be able to support the lavish lifestyles of the celebrities.
