Over the weekend Democrat governor of Illinois and Marriott heir J.B. Pritzker indirectly called the president a racist because Trump correctly refers to the virus as the “Chinese virus.”

The governor said descriptions like that were “profoundly un-American… Let us remember that this virus is not tied to any specific ethnic group or race.”

Pritzker knows full well the president is referring to the virus, not a people. But he goes on to lie about it anyway. “People from every demographic, every race, ethnicity, gender or background have been infected. Suggesting otherwise or engaging in racist speech or acts is one of the most profoundly un-American things that I can think of.”

When did the president say only some have been infected or try to tie infections to any specific ethnic group? He merely accurately states it started in China. But that is enough for Democrats to try and twist his words to score cheap political points. Not this time, pal.

This may be the time in our national dialogue when the Democrats have overplayed their hand. Everyone by now expects them to lie, cheat, steal, and engage in obvious corruption. But today they engage in their putrid political vocations at the expense of American lives.

If this is wartime they are not only AWOL but they are making propaganda broadcasts for the other side. Remember Tokyo Rose? Meet Peking Pritzker.

The irony here is too much, as this wealthy heir to the Marriott hotel fortune grew up in the lap of effete luxury. But today, when hard-working men and women like the president in DC are trying to help everyday Americans in a time of economic calamity, leftist Pritzker and his ilk tell working people to “eat cake.” Or perhaps in his case, Peking duck.

Let him rant now and try to score off the president. Like holding a rattler by the tail, sooner rather than later he is going to get bit.
