Two years ago, the rapper Ice Cube released a track called “Arrest the President,” in which he said he “can’t wait” to see President Donald Trump in handcuffs. Now, Ice Cube is doubling down on calls for Trump’s arrest in a classless new interview.

The rapper appeared on New York’s 105.1 FM’s “The Breakfast Club” talk show on Monday, and the conversation quickly turned to his 2018 anti-Trump dis track. In the song, Ice Cube had called for Trump’s arrest, saying that authorities “got the evidence,” according to Fox News.

Ice Cube made his latest anti-Trump remarks when he was asked if he is still doing music. “I stay in music. I never leave. I’ve got albums out. I’m touring, I got tour dates coming. I never stop. It’s a part of who I am,” said Ice Cube, 50. “I love it and it’s really about just being a b-boy and not nothing else, you know? I don’t care about the industry as much as I used to but I do care about the music, doing it, still staying active. I still got stuff to say. So it’s fun.”

Host Charlamagne Tha God then chimed in, wrongfully stating the title of the infamous dis track. “I mean you did ‘Impeach the President’ and they did impeach the president,” he said.

“Yeah, I said: ‘Arrest the [President],’” Ice Cube corrected. “They still haven’t gotten to arrest the president. That’s what I want to do.”

“Well, when he gets out that White House, he definitely gonna be in handcuffs,” the host replied.

“Man. I can’t wait to see that, like that [Harvey] Weinstein in those handcuffs, man,” Ice Cube continued. “That’s a beautiful day.”

Unfortunately, it’s common for liberals to fantasize over Trump’s downfall and arrest. They don’t care at all how much the arrest of a current or former president would harm our country: they just want to see Trump go down. Once again, we are reminded that liberals would rather see our country fail than see Trump succeed.
