President Trump, by nominating conservative jurists, is changing the composition of the 9th Circuit Court. But the leftists there still have some kick in them.

They proved that Friday by halting the highly successful Trump administration “Remain in Mexico” policy that has been credited with bringing down border crossings by over 75% during the last year.

The program was worked out with the Mexican government and stipulated that those trying to come to the U.S. wait in Mexico, not in the U.S., for their immigration hearing date.

In the past those people would just slip into society and never go to their hearings. They became additions to the vast number of illegal aliens who plague this nation. But with what is officially known as MPP (Migrant Protection Protocols), those trying to cross illegally knew that they could not now get lost in the vastness of America. Thus, they didn’t try to cross.

The court temporarily stopped the program in a 2-1 vote. The program will continue up the legal ladder. This halt will enrage opponents of illegal immigration and make it easier for many to cross the border illegally.

It will be cheered by those who advocate an open border and the subsequent murders of American citizens at the hands of illegal aliens.
