Last week, we reported that Michael Avenatti, the liberal lawyer who was once touted by many in the mainstream media as their answer to beating Donald Trump in the 2020 election, had been found guilty of all charges related to him trying to extort $25 million from Nike.

Now, a video has surfaced showing that “The View” conservative co-host Meghan McCain knew Avenatti was a scumbag from the very beginning, even when her liberal colleagues in the media could not get enough of him.

Avenatti appeared on the ABC talk show “The View” in August of 2018, when he was still representing porn star Stormy Daniels in her case against President Donald Trump, according to The Daily Caller. As he was appearing on the show, liberal co-host Joy Behar brought up a Psychology Today survey about sexual fantasies and why people have them.

“The answers range from, you know, duh, sexual arousal to meeting unfulfilled needs and being bored with the person you’re with,” Behar said, before turning to Avenatti and saying, “So, Michael, do you have these fantasies or what?”

Behar and co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro laughed at the segment while a visibly uncomfortable McCain stayed quiet.

“Well, well, to be clear, unlike Ted Cruz and Tucker Carlson, I actually believe in sex. So, you know —” Avenatti began.

“How does Tucker Carlson not believe in sex?” McCain said, interrupting him. “He has five kids. He definitely believes in sex, Tucker Carlson has a bunch of children.”

“All of my sexual fantasies involve handcuffs,” Avenatti responded.

Upon hearing this, McCain got a completely nauseated look on her face, as if she was about to vomit right there onstage.

“So, wait, wait. Are you the one putting on the handcuffs or are you handcuffed?” Navarro inquired, desperate to continue the grotesque segment for some reason.

“I’m always putting on the handcuffs,” said Avenatti, not realizing that it would be him who would be in handcuffs in a not so distant future.

“I think I would like to put the handcuffs on Donald Trump!” Behar exclaimed.

When Avenatti was arrested last year, McCain took to Twitter to make it clear that she had seen through him all along.

“Just saying one last time for the cheap seats in the back – I called Michael Avenatti being a complete and total scum bag from day one….” she tweeted alongside video of the segment.

After his conviction, McCain tweeted about her feelings on Avenatti once again.

“Actually really proud of the fact that I always thought Michael Avenatti was a disgusting con artist and there’s evidence I wasn’t shy about that on the internet,” she tweeted on Friday.

The fact that an obvious con artist like Avenatti was once a darling of the mainstream media shows just how vehemently anti-Trump they really are. When it comes to Trump-bashers, the media will put absolutely anybody on air, even when it’s obvious to anyone with a basic amount of intelligence that the person is as crooked as they come.

McCain should feel proud of herself for never buying into Avenatti’s nonsense, and we hope she continues to gloat in the faces of the ignorant Leftists who fell for his games hook, line, and sinker.
