Hollywood actress and singer Bette Midler has had many disturbing public meltdowns on social media in the years since Donald Trump took office, but she arguably had her worst one yet on Tuesday when she surprisingly targeted Democrats who she feel have been “too f***ing polite” to the president.

“Democrats haven’t learned a godd***ed thing. This guy is a fascist, a dictator, and you guys have got to toughen up your game,” she tweeted to her 1.8 million followers. “You’re too f***ing polite! This is a blood sport to the GOP, and they #playdirty. Men like to kill each other! Get in the ring!!”

Though it’s not clear exactly what prompted Midler to come unhinged this time, she posted this tweet hours after the Department of Justice announced that they will push to have the sentence reduced of Roger Stone, a former associate of Trump’s.

Less than one hour before posting the above tweet, Midler gave her thoughts on this matter, and they were just as profane and deranged.

I can think of a lot of words to describe how Democrats have treated Trump in the past few years, but “polite” would not be one of them. For hardcore liberals like Midler, nothing will be enough for them until Trump is tarred and feathered, and even that probably would not satisfy their quench to see him suffer. Their Trump Derangement Syndrome has caused so much hatred to grow inside of them that just seeing Democrats acknowledge Trump in any way is interpreted as a personal betrayal.

Democrats always have tried to portray themselves as the open-minded party of love, but these tweets of Midler’s perfectly exemplify what they have become: the anti-Trump party of hate. As Trump himself would say, SAD!
