On Tuesday, a judge ruled that Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, is indeed the father of a 17-month-old he had with an ex-stripper, despite his repeated denials.

‘The biological and legal father’

Judge Holly Meyer officially declared Biden “the biological and legal father” of the baby of 28-year-old Lunden Alexis Roberts, who was born in August 2018. Judge Meyer ordered that a new birth certificate be issued.

“The Arkansas Department of Health shall issue a new or substituted birth certificate listing Lunden Alexis Roberts as the mother and Robert Hunter Biden as the father,” Meyer wrote in her order, filed in Independence County Circuit Court on Tuesday.

Meyer wrote that DNA test results proved “with near scientific certainty” that Biden is the father of the child.

‘Baby Doe’ No Mo

Biden kept referring to the child as “Baby Doe” in court papers when he was still denying the child belonged to him. The 49-year-old Biden met Lunden Roberts while she worked at a Washington, DC strip club. At the time, Biden was dating widow of his brother Beau, 45-year-old Halle Biden. Beau Biden passed away due to brain cancer in 2015.

According to earlier court filings, Roberts said Biden “had no involvement in the child’s life since the child’s birth, never interacted with the child, never parented the child,” and “could not identify the child out of a photo lineup.”

The judge also gave Lunden “primary physical and legal custody” of the baby, adding that Biden “shall have visitation with the child as agreed between the parties.”

Biden is currently expecting his fifth child with 33-year-old Melissa Cohen Biden who he married in May 2019.  The former Vice President’s son has three grown children with former wife, Kathleen Buhle.

This Has Been a Problem for Joe Biden’s 2020 Bid

The younger Biden fathering a stripper’s child has been an issue for Joe Biden as he continues to run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.

When a Fox News reporter in November asked Biden if he had “a comment on this report, and court filing, out of Arkansas, that your son Hunter just made you a grandfather again,”

“No, that’s a private matter and I have no comment,” Biden fired back before attacking the reporter.

“Only you would ask that,” Biden said to Fox News’ Steve Doocy.

“You’re a good man. You’re a good man. Classy,” he finished.
