Jonathan Turley is one of the most well-respected constitutional legal scholars in this country.
That is, until he testified during the Dems’ impeachment sham on Wednesday.

Now the Left is smearing him, threatening him — and trying to get him fired from his job at George Washington University Law School.
Turley was a witness for the Republicans during Chairman Jerry Nadler’s (D-N.Y.) absurd impeachment hearing before the House Judiciary Committee.
Although Turley is not a fan of President Donald Trump, nor did he vote for him, he was compelled to speak out on behalf of the Republicans because he truly believes this impeachment effort by the Dems is dangerous and unconstitutional.

However, what he didn’t realize is that you’re not allowed, apparently, to venture off the liberal plantation — and if you don’t walk in lockstep with your progressive comrades, you will be destroyed by the mob.

You’ll be ripped to shreds and dragged through the mud, it appears, until you either apologize and take back everything you said — or slither out of the public eye and never utter another word again.
Turley took to Twitter and shared what is happening to him: “My call for greater civility and dialogue may have been the least successful argument I made to the committee.”
“Before I finished my testimony, my home and office were inundated with threatening messages and demands that I be fired from GW.”

Despite that, Turley received a lot of support online.
“Jonathan Turley, you are a man of integrity!”
“Thank you for standing for truth,” wrote one person.

And here are other comments.
“You were the only witness yesterday with scruples. When the mob goes after well-respected people like Prof. Turley, you know desperation time has set in.”

“I salute you, sir, and think that you were the star (only sane patriot Democrat) in that hearing yesterday.”
“You were a breath of fresh air and an example for anyone who was watching of what it is to be an American and student of the Constitution regardless of political party.”

“Speaking truth is apparently not OK when it calls for civility and dialogue. I’m a lifelong Dem, but this started long ago around me and to me and those I loved.”
“I finally became fed up, and I, unlike you, DID vote for Trump and will do so again in 2020.”
