As we celebrate the birth of Christ with giving gifts, is there any better gift we can give to others than those that come from God?

God’s gifts are things money can’t buy — love, joy, peace, etc., — and they come from knowing Him.

How many of His remarkable gifts are we planning to give?

Unfortunately, the holiday craziness often robs us of these gifts. When this happens, we need to stop.

We need to center on enjoying Christ, so that we can give the best gifts.

We can’t give away what we don’t possess.

When my soul is peaceful, God’s presence within me is a gift to those around me.

The same principles are true for His gifts of joy and love.

God’s love, joy and peace are some of the richest gifts we can give away.

Jesus is the reason we can give them.

He was born to die — so He could be “with us.”

Is there a greater gift God could have given than to be with us?

Even though His strength and majesty are great beyond our imagination, His heart is to tenderly care for us, lead us, and give us peace.

“And He shall stand and feed His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God; and they shall dwell [secure], for then shall He be great [even] to the ends of the earth. And this [One] shall be our peace” (Micah 5‬:4-5‬).

The greatest gifts we can give at Christmas is to give Christ and His gifts!
