House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) defended the impeachment “witch hunt” against President Donald Trump, saying it is simply too dangerous to let voters decide what happens in 2020.

The comments, made in a memo earlier this week that she issued to her Democrat colleagues, suggest it would be an act of weakness to back off the proceedings now — and leave things up to the American people.

“The weak response to these hearings has been, ‘Let the election decide.’ That dangerous position only adds to the urgency of our action, because POTUS is jeopardizing the integrity of the 2020 elections,” Pelosi rationalized.

Aside from suggesting the current election would be dangerous because the American people can’t be trusted with their vote, Pelosi is admitting that pursuit of this impeachment charade is all about overturning the 2016 election.

She apparently feels the American people couldn’t be trusted back then either.

Democrat congressman Jeff Van Drew recently voiced an opinion similar to what Pelosi has been countering.

“We’re going to have an election next year. Let’s have the election, let’s fight through the election, let’s do what Republicans and Democrats and whomever else does, but this is going to get us nowhere,” he posited.

Nancy Pelosi went on to demonstrate that she’s nothing more than a partisan hack, in our view, heading up an inquiry by a resistance party full of partisan hacks.

She argued that the impeachment proceedings are an open and shut case, that the facts are “uncontested,” and accused President Donald Trump of “abus[ing] his power for his own personal, political benefit, at the expense of our national security interests.”

She must be confusing this president with the previous administration.

“None of us comes to Congress to impeach a president,” Pelosi said — knowing full well that some in her caucus announced that they wanted to “impeach the motherf*****” on day one.

It didn’t take long at all for President Trump to fire back at Pelosi for suggesting the American people couldn’t be trusted to decide the nation’s fate in 2020.

“[Pelosi] thinks I’m going to win and doesn’t want to take a chance on letting the voters decide,” he told his supporters on social media.

“She wants to change our voting system. Wow, she’s CRAZY!”

Indeed, Pelosi is out of control, as we see it — compelled to pursue impeachment hoaxes due to pressure from the unhinged wing of the Democrat Party, including the likes of “squad” members Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), or the perpetually lying and leaking Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).

It’s rather embarrassing.

Or, as Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) recently stated bluntly, “It must suck to be that dumb.”
