You’d think the disgraced and recently resigned member of Congress, former Rep. Katie Hill (D-Calif.), would try to keep a low profile after the publicity she received over her more than unconventional personal life.

But when she saw that Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) sent out a series of tweets that spelled out “Epstein didn’t kill himself” by using the first letter in every tweet, she felt duty-bound to criticize him.

His response did not leave her happy.

Former two-term Gov. Deval Patrick of Massachusetts has now tossed his hat into the Democratic ring for president — making a large Democratic field even more unwieldy.

Patrick served as Massachusetts governor between 2007-2015; after that, he joined the Mitt Romney-founded investment firm Bain Capital.

He announced his candidacy on social media on Thursday morning. Check out his tweet here:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) does not like to play second fiddle to such inconsequential events as a presidential impeachment process.

So to keep her far-Left brand relevant while the House Intelligence Committee happenings dominate TV coverage this week, she’s launched a petition.

And what is it, pray tell? She’s calling for the resignation of White House adviser Stephen Miller, a man she insists is a “white nationalist.”

She joins her fellow radical socialist Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) in using that term to describe Miller.

Now let’s dive deeper into all of this.

1.) The “Epstein didn’t kill himself” meme has taken social media by storm. Almost every conceivable concept from cake recipes to the ubiquitous screaming girl and weird cat have been used to drive home the suspicion that Jeffrey Epstein’s supposed suicide in a Manhattan jail cell was actually a murder.

Most of the memes have been comical.

Rep. Gosar (R-Ariz.) was merely having fun.

But the hard-Left doesn’t like mirth of any kind. So when former Rep. Katie Hill — who resigned due to controversies related to sexual relationships and personal relationships — saw these tweets, she hit back.

She said that he was “tweeting out real conspiracy theories.”

Gosar must have seen the three-point shot as soon as she did that.

He responded with, “You’re surprised by me? You singlehandedly taught an entire country a new word. #throuple. And [what’s up] with that tattoo? Relax.”

He was referencing Hill’s Third Reich-era tattoo, which is visible in the leaked nude photos that led to her resignation.

Republicans shared their thoughts about it.

2.) Democrat Deval Patrick of Massachusetts, the state’s first black governor, is now running for the 2020 Democratic nomination for the White House.

It appears he thinks that by coming from a state that neighbors New Hampshire, he can do well enough there to launch his candidacy into the south, where black voters play a large part in Dem primaries.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), also of the Bay State, thought before Thursday she’d only have to cut up that New Hampshire pie with New England’s Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.). Now it’s a three-way race there.

3.) The hard-Left likes using terms it doesn’t quite understand.

So when Ocasio-Cortez, the New York socialist, was feeling left out this week because every klieg light in D.C. wasn’t trained on her, she decided to steal a move from her “squad” pal Omar — and call White House aide Stephen Miller, one of the longest serving advisers there, a “white nationalist.”

This stems solely from the fact that Miller opposes her open borders policy when it comes to illegal immigration.

If the once-and-future Bronx bartender knew anything about actual white nationalism, as in the apartheid regime that used to rule South Africa, perhaps she wouldn’t be so fast on the draw with false charges of racism.

However, her knowledge in this regard seems to be found wanting.
