Living in perfect peace allows us to trust God for the result of each day — even when our best efforts appear to end in failure.

God doesn’t fail at anything.

We sometimes just fail to see the wisdom of the way He works.

When we are at the center of His will, we are guided by Him.

Everything that happens is defined by the peace of His presence.

How does this work?

The Bible promises, “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you” (Isaiah 26:3).

When we spend regular and quality time with God, we realize that in His presence we have everything we need; thus, it is quite natural to absolutely trust Him.

Our mind is “stayed” on Him because, like breathing, we realize He is absolutely necessary.

When we are outside His presence, we are filled with the same desperation as we feel when we can’t breathe.

Being in God’s presence gives us peace that surpasses understanding.

It’s the kind of peace we never want to lose.

We don’t have to lose it.

God longs to give each of us the peace of His presence, and we don’t have to live even one more day without it.

If you don’t know Him as your Savior, then accept Him into your heart today — and begin the only relationship that will ever give you perfect peace.

If you are already His child, but still don’t have perfect peace, then seek Him with all your heart, soul and mind. Don’t hold anything back.

When God gives us perfect peace, we don’t need to worry about making things happen.

We don’t need to, because we know He does everything better than we do.

When we trust God, we give Him our whole heart — and He gives us His perfect peace.
