Republicans Cheer as Scalise Delivers Scathing Speech on House Floor About ‘Sham’

The Republican from Louisiana had a sign next to him that read, '37 Days of Soviet-Style Impeachment Hearings'

Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) delivered a passionate and scathing speech on Thursday that brought down the House.

Scalise stood at the podium on the House floor with a giant sign next to him that read, “37 Days of Soviet-Style Impeachment Hearings” — and delivered a barn-burner speech that had GOP lawmakers cheering and clapping.

The House minority whip called out the impeachment sham that’s been put forward by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).

Their actions have included closed-door hearings, alleged witness tampering and more.

The vote on Thursday to “continue the impeachment inquiry” comes on the heels of the revelation of the identify of the “whistleblower.”

The man has been ID’d by insiders and Real Clear Investigations as a partisan hack and Obama holdover who worked with former CIA Director John Brennan and former Vice President Joe Biden.

Eric Ciaramella is the man’s name — and now that we know this, the impeachment sham by Democrats seems even more absurd, in my view.

This man has been a known leaker — and lost his job at the National Security Council because of it.

So Rep. Scalise’s impassioned speech was even more poignant at a time when we’re watching the Democrat Party and the deep state try to overthrow a sitting United States president — again.
