San Diego City College (SDCC) held an event in early October that sought to examine “white supremacy” — and some people there deemed “Make America Great Again” an example of “covert white supremacy,” as a report in Campus Reform noted.
The event was called “Confronting White Supremacy through the Arts.”
It featured a white supremacy “pyramid,” which separated “overt white supremacy” from “covert white supremacy” — pushing the idea that the difference between “KKK” and “Make America Great Again” is that one is “overt” racism while the other is “covert.”
“Overt white supremacy” included not just the KKK — but also “lynching,” “the N-word,” “swastikas,” “hate crimes,” and “Neo-Nazis,” to name a few.
Here is a list of “covert white supremacy” on this so-called pyramid:
- Racist mascots
- Bootstrap theory
- Assuming that good intentions are enough
- “But we’re just one human family”
- Cultural appropriation
- “Make America Great Again”
- Self-appointed white ally
- Celebration of Columbus Day
A brochure promoting the event read, “Come join us in confronting white supremacy through students’ performances.”
“Prior to the performances, guest speakers will set the stage and contextualize what white supremacy is, its areas of activity, and how rampant it is in our society, curriculum, mindsets, and media,” the text continued.
Campus Reform noted the school also featured a vague and peculiar “white supremacy wheel,” which apparently broke down the origins of white supremacy worldwide.
The wheel was called the “Global System of White Supremacy.”
It showed economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex, and war as examples of global “white supremacy.”
So when a Black person or Asian or even a Hispanic Person wears a #MAGA hat, they are 'White' supremacists? Liberalism truly is a Mental Disease (This College should lose funding, its apparently ran by #Idiots)https://t.co/5ldBVNzZFs

San Diego City College student Daimeon Rodriguez said he attended a portion of the event, where he claimed to see students rapping, reciting poems, and singing.
He also said some speakers’ words were “directed toward the current administration” and its supporters.
“I had my MAGA hat on campus and had to hide it in worry of being threatened or targeted with speech or allegations [against me] by another student,” Rodriguez said.
“Some of the [performance] topics included some of the misinformation about people like me,” he said — meaning Trump supporters.
Is anyone surprised this kind of nonsense is happening on America’s college campuses these days?
The most surprising thing, as we see it, is how much money parents continue to shell out to subject their kids to this politically correct circus.
