House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) looked and sounded unhinged, in this writer’s view, during a presser on Thursday to discuss the Democrats’ move toward impeaching President Donald Trump.
The speaker looked like a deer caught in headlights as she stammered and stumbled her way through the questions on impeachment.
Several times along the way, she lost her cool.
The hard questions came after the House Judiciary Committee voted to approve guidelines for impeachment hearings on Trump on Thursday.
Of course, Pelosi made it clear all along that she was against impeachment hearings, claiming it would divide America.
However, now that radicals have taken over her party, she’s been forced to back-peddle on her previous stance in front of the media.
And she didn’t appear “happy” about it.
After all, it was just six short months ago when Pelosi said impeachment “wasn’t worth it.”
Watch the CNN video:
To make matters worse for the Democrats, the American people have made it clear in poll after poll that they do not support impeaching the president of the United States.
“A majority of Americans oppose impeaching President Donald Trump, according to a new poll by Monmouth University released Thursday,” USA Today reported.
“The data point — with 59 percent of those surveyed responding that Trump should not be impeached and compelled to leave office — comes as Trump’s approval rating remains at 40 percent in the same poll.”
It’s clear by Pelosi’s obvious agitation during this presser that she has completely lost control of her party.
