This Is Curious: It’s Much Harder Now to Dig into Kamala Harris’ Record as Attorney General

Redesign of a corrections website in California ahead of the 2020 election has destroyed voters' ability to examine details of incarcerations and other criminal justice data

This is a story about an effort to hide the truth of arrest reports from Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) during her years as the Golden State’s top cop.

It seems the Democrats are playing games and sticking together for all coverups.

Are they trying to get away with more corruption? This makes one wonder.

What is Harris afraid of, that this material has to be buried?

She doesn’t want her background checked out. That much is obvious, in my view.

Check out these details:

A redesign of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation website will make it harder for voters to inspect Sen. Kamala Harris’s controversial record as the state’s top cop.

The department removed public access to a number of reports on incarceration in the state, including when presidential candidate Kamala Harris (D) was California’s attorney general.

Twice a year, the CDCR releases information about the number of new individuals incarcerated in the California prison system as part of its “Offender Data Points” series. These reports provide important information on demographics, sentence length, offense type, and other figures relevant to criminal justice and incarceration.

Until recently, these reports were publicly available at the CDCR’s website. A search using archive.org’s Wayback Machine reveals that as of April 25, 2019 — the most recent indexed date — ODP reports were available dating back to the spring of 2009.

As of August 2019, the same web page now serves only a single ODP report, the one for Spring 2019. The pre-2019 reports have been removed.

The changes matter in part because the reports contain information about Harris’s entire time as state A.G., 2011 to 2017. Harris has taken fire from multiple opponents for her “tough on crime” record as California’s top cop, an image that she has tried to shed as a far-Left senator and presidential candidate. This reminds me of what happened with former President Barack Obama’s run for office ahead of the 2008 election.

They sealed his college records and made them unavailable to the public.

The Democrats knew Obama didn’t qualify to be president of the United States, in my opinion — yet by hiding his past from the public, they were able to get away with it.

The Left talks about transparency but covers up everything.

Hillary Clinton’s private server helped hide her emails. Once they were subpoenaed, she deleted 33,000 of them (which was clearly obstruction).

Democrats complain about Russian hacking. Yet the Democratic National Committee cheated for Hillary and against Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.).

By the way, one of Obama’s first orders was to change how FOIA — Freedom of Information Act — requests were handled. Rather than have them handled by the agency where they were filed, he wanted all demands to go through the White House — and it wasn’t so he could be more transparent. It was to control what was being released.

I wonder if Harris did this herself. I have identified several of her lies already.

I believe that when she opens her mouth, lies start flowing — that’s my opinion.
