Kanye West kicked off the New Year of 2019 by reaffirming his support for President Donald Trump.

The rapper, who visited the White House last year, issued a series of short tweets on Tuesday afternoon that put his focus back on politics after he had publicly backed away from sharing his opinions.

West unexpectedly tweeted, “Trump all day.”

He then followed that up by saying, “Just so in 2019 you know where I stand.”

The musician then continued sharing his views in a handful of short tweets.

He also criticized the Democratic Party.

He said, “Blacks are 90 percent Democrats … That sounds like control to me” — and “They will not program me.”

The rapper continued by saying, “We will change the world. God is on my side. I am a Christian. I am a taxpayer.”

He also said, “I am myself. God is with us.”

West advocated for “free thought” once again and then tweeted “2024,” — hinting at a possible presidential run post-Trump.

Speaking of his Trump support, West added, “One of my favorite things that the Trump hat represents to me is that people can’t tell me what to do because I’m black. That’s real racism.”

And he promised, “From now on, I’m performing with my motherf***ing hat on.”

That’s clearly a reference to his “Make America Great Again” hat, which Trump signed.

West also announced he will be appearing on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast in the near future.

Presumably, his support for Trump will come up once again during that interview.

Prior to this burst of tweets, West had been silent politically over the past two months.

In late October, he tweeted that he had been used to spreading messages he did not agree with — and that he was going to focus on his music instead.

It turned out he was unhappy with conservative commentator Candace Owens, who West alleged made it seem as if he was involved with her “Blexit” fashion line geared toward black Americans who had left the Democratic Party.

West, however, said that was not the case.

In November, West’s wife, Kim Kardashian — who in 2016 endorsed Hillary Clinton for president — also said she had “educated” her husband on Trump’s policies.

She said West was not in full agreement with the president, but that he would remain friendly toward Trump.
