Michael Avenatti’s 15 minutes of fame are done.

The lawyer-turned-amateur political pundit quickly went from potential presidential candidate for the Left to disgraced hypocrite recently when he was accused of and arrested for domestic violence — and had some odd allegations thrown at him from former clients like controversial adult film star Stormy Daniels.

This, of course, all came after Avenatti led the charges against a variety of conservatives, including Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Nearly every hour of every day, he could be found on CNN going after Kavanaugh and President Donald Trump — and trying to convince the world that they were guilty of sexual misconduct based merely on allegations.

The FBI investigation into allegations against Kavanaugh — which he vehemently and consistently denied — came up empty.

Stormy Daniels now says Avenatti said and did things on her behalf without her consent. (But over the weekend, she somehow indicated things are patched up between them — she said they’ve “straightened s*** out” days after she questioned the origin of a fundraising appeal Avenatti launched on her behalf, Fox News reported.)

And Avenatti can be found on Twitter asking for full due process and claiming innocence against allegations against him.

Academy Award nominee and outspoken conservative James Woods recently had a suggestion for Avenatti and his new rough patch in life.

The “Videodrome” and “Hercules” star jokingly proposed a GoFundMe campaign for the disgraced lawyer in response to an article claiming that Avenatti is going through a “pretty rough time.”

“No matter what you feel about him, this is sad. Would a #gofundme account help? Can you set up one that only takes singles?” Woods tweeted.

Avenatti chose to respond to Woods — by throwing sexual misconduct allegations at him, something that hasn’t exactly worked out for the lawyer in the past.

He also called Woods a “clown.”

“You are a clown and someone who has significant sexual assault issues lurking in his background. I’ve previously heard from 2 women with credible allegations. I’m very much looking forward to bringing those cases and showing the world what a pervert you really are Jimbo,” he wrote back.

Interesting. Are we to believe that Avenatti just has two women “with credible allegations” waiting in the wings against Woods?

Has he just been waiting for the conservative actor to rub him the wrong way this whole time before revealing this?

Avenatti has little-to-no credibility at this point. He’s been exposed as a hypocrite and snake oil salesman.

We should be thankful his 15 minutes in the sun are up and that the talk of him running for president will likely soon fall to little more than a whisper before completely and mercifully disappearing.
