Television is littered with tons of left-leaning, agenda-driven content.

Late-night programs such as “Saturday Night Live,” “Murphy Brown,” and other shows worship at the altar of the Democrat Party — and make sure to put digs against President Donald Trump and conservatives above story and character.

That doesn’t mean television is lacking in right-leaning content, though.

There are plenty of programs on the small screen that conservatives and right-leaning thinkers should love diving into today.

Here’s a look at five shows conservatives need to be watching.

1.) “Fixer Upper.” Yes, “Fixer Upper” is technically over and not airing new episodes. The home renovation series ran for five seasons and just ended this year in April.

Hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines are now focused on starting their own network, but this is still a show people should dive into if they haven’t already.

Chip and Joanna Gaines are a married couple (and the parents of five) who flip houses, with each of them using their specific skills to bring the best out of each job — he focuses on the hard labor, while she focuses on design.

This is a positive show that often leaves viewers smiling. At its heart, it’s about running a successful small business, as well as about individualism and dedication. It’s a show about the American dream at work — and few other renovation shows can touch this one’s pure spirit.

2.) “Yellowstone.” This show is from the brilliant mind of Taylor Sheridan, the writer behind the films “Sicario,” “Hell or High Water,” “Wind River,” and “Sicario: Day of the Soldado.”

His stories always dive into the corners of America and the lives that Hollywood typically likes to ignore. He’s an even-handed filmmaker — one never distracted by political agendas. And he always shoots for gripping drama and authenticity.

“Yellowstone” may be his best creation yet. As writer and director of each episode of the Paramount Network series, Sheridan really excelled with this series — and people paid attention. Starring Kevin Costner (pictured above right), the modern-day western earned big ratings in its first season; a second season is on the way.

“Yellowstone” follows the Dutton clan, a ranching family who are being driven apart as modern politics encroaches on their land and threatens their way of life.

The show is essentially “The Sopranos” — but is set in the Midwest, with cowboy hats and monologues, about the difficulties of a modern life away from the conveniences that are part of the lives of so many others.

This is a gripping series, one of the best modern-day westerns around. Conservatives will be sucked in by the clashing of cultures on the series and will likely root for Costner’s patriarch even when he’s compromising himself by rubbing shoulders with corrupt bureaucrats.

3.) “The Walking Dead.” Currently in its ninth season, “The Walking Dead” is arguably one of the most successful television shows of all time. It’s still one of the most talked about series around; it practically built AMC’s original programming slate from the ground up.

Ratings have slipped over the years, but the series still brings in a larger audience than most shows. It also has two successful spinoffs on the air (“Talking Dead” and “Fear the Walking Dead”) and there’s plenty more to come, according to producers.

“Walking Dead” takes place in a world overrun with the living dead. Originally a show about a man trying to find his family and keep hope alive, it has transformed into an ongoing story about the importance of individualism and remaining true to a strong moral code.

“The Walking Dead” on a weekly basis shows why people protect themselves and why certain ideas about right and wrong are the key to our souls. It’s a series about the importance of self-reliance and family. Take away the zombies and the oftentimes exaggerated stories and circumstances — and there’s a story about society crumbling and people being put to the test.

“The Walking Dead” stars actors Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride (above middle).

4.) “Blue Bloods.” This is the rare Hollywood production that respects both family and those who choose to serve their communities by wearing a badge.

Currently in its ninth season, this Tom Selleck-starring police drama is one of the strongest and most reliable shows on CBS.

Following a family of police officers, “Blue Bloods” is most supportive of this nation’s police force and the sacrifices many of them make when dedicating themselves to their jobs and their communities.

“Blue Bloods” also highlights the benefits of family. The Reagan family, lead by Selleck’s character, is often seen having dinner together and overcoming obstacles as a team. In a world full of increasingly negative television programming, “Blue Bloods” remains a hopeful, positive and refreshing series.

5.) “Last Man Standing.” This show has been earning strong ratings since its return to television — and for good reason.

ABC canceled the series last year, though it was its second highest rated comedy show. Many suspected the network canceled it because it did not want to be associated with a right-leaning show that many Trump supporters watched.

The show follows Mike Baxter (played by Tim Allen, above left), an old-school conservative father trying to navigate an increasingly politically correct world while he raises his daughters. Fox has now revived the series for its seventh season; the writing is stronger than ever.

“Last Man Standing” is one of the few comedies on TV that puts character first and uses its humor to go after everybody, instead of just Trump supporters and conservatives. The series is a breath of fresh air.
