Actor Alec Baldwin returned to “Saturday Night Live” over the weekend to reprise his role as President Donald Trump.

The always reliably leftist TV show went after rapper Kanye West’s recent meeting with the president at the White House.

Comedian Chris Redd played West, who recently performed on “SNL” wearing a Make America Great Again hat.

West revealed during an unaired speech to the audience that he was told to remove the hat before going in front of the cameras.

In the new “SNL” segment, Baldwin’s Trump welcomed Redd’s West. Baldwin’s Trump told the audience he would let the rapper make “one or two brief, lucid remarks.”

“Oh, my God, he’s black me,” Baldwin’s Trump said after Redd’s West ranted.

“This hat is like Superman’s hat,” Redd’s West said.

He then rambled about conspiracy theories and was seen typing in the passcode to his phone, a viral moment from the actual meeting between West and Trump.

Redd’s West said he was a “prisoner in a different dimension” and he mentioned that “time is a myth.”

Baldwin’s Trump said West might be “cuckoo” and he knows “crazy,” since he has been in a room with both Dennis Rodman and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

NFL legend Jim Brown, who was present at the meeting between West and Trump, was also portrayed in the segment by longtime “SNL” cast member Kenan Thompson.

“The only thing I want to point out is mental health in the black community is apparently an even bigger issue than I thought,” he said at one point. “I’ve been on coalitions with Bill Cosby and O.J. Simpson, and this is the first time I have regrets.”

“Black people love me. Way more than they love Alec Baldwin,” Baldwin’s Trump said later on in the segment.

“I love you, Kanye. We’ve got a lot more in common than people know: We’re both geniuses; we’re both married to beautiful women; and we’ve both definitely been recorded saying the N-word,” Baldwin’s president then said to close out the sketch.

As always, “Saturday Night Live” went as far Left as it could, and the results were questionable. Leftists may celebrate the show for its constant attacks on Trump and anyone remotely right-leaning, but the jokes are tired and the one-sided humor is predictable and sometimes eye-rolling.

Baldwin’s Trump impression needs to be replaced with something fresh at this point — and “SNL” could really capture some of its old glory if it simply moved more to the middle and targeted both the Left and the Right in its segments.
