Actress Ellen Barkin (“Ocean’s Thirteen,” “Animal Kingdom”) sent a veiled threat to President Donald Trump via Twitter on Monday afternoon.

“This man should be removed … and not just from office,” Barkin (shown above left) wrote.

The actress was reacting to a video of the president from earlier today. During a White House press conference, Trump suggested a CNN reporter ask questions about the new trade deal between the U.S., Mexico and Canada — instead of constantly trying to foster controversy surrounding Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

Many on the Left have taken Trump’s biting back at the line of questioning by CNN reporter Kaitlin Collins as an example of misogyny.

“Don’t do that. Do you have a question on trade?” the president said several times to the reporter as she tried desperately to switch the conversation to Kavanaugh.

When Trump finally answered a question about Kavanaugh later, the CNN reporter pressed again on the Supreme Court nominee, clearly uninterested in the trade deal, which was meant to be the focus of the press conference.

Collins then suggested Kavanaugh had lied about his drinking in high school and college — to which Trump made a joke about his own sobriety.

“I can honestly say I’ve never had a beer in my life. One of my only good traits. I don’t drink,” the president said.

He added after some laughter from the crowd, “Can you imagine if I had, what a mess I be? I’d be the world’s worst.”

Barkin said only a few days ago that she was only interested in interacting with “like-minded thinkers.”

Trump went on to say that he thought Kavanaugh did a fine job at the hearing last week and was honest.

Collins tried pressing for more, to which the president replied, “You’ve really had enough.”

Barkin said only a few days ago that she was only interested in interacting with “like-minded thinkers.”

“Dear scum of the earth, in case sum [sic] haven’t noticed, i am not looking to make any new friends right now. i don’t care what you think, not now. let me rest. leave me alone with like-minded thinkers until i can see again,” the actress wrote on Twitter.

No matter how Barkin feels about the president and any other conservatives, what she said in reaction to Trump’s interaction with the CNN reporter is a not-so-veiled threat.

What does she mean by her comment that the president should be “removed” and “not just from office”?

This kind of behavior would be ripped apart by the mainstream media if a right-leaning entertainer had talked that way about a left-wing president like Barack Obama.
