For the second time in his presidency, Donald J. Trump is addressing the United Nations General Assembly in New York City.
His speech is scheduled for Tuesday morning, Sept. 25, 2018, at 10:15 a.m. EST.
Among other key messages, the president is expected to take aim at Iran for its nuclear program and its ambitions in the Middle East.
