On Saturday, September 1, with coverage beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern time and the service at 10 a.m., a national memorial service celebrating the life of Sen. John McCain takes place at Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.
Sen. McCain’s family, friends, congressional colleagues and staff, along with U.S. and international leaders, have been invited to attend and participate in the service.
