In a recent interview, rapper Snoop Dogg called the supporters of President Donald Trump “racist.”

Talking on DJ Suss One’s SiriusXM show, Dogg went on a vulgar rant in which he targeted Trump, his supporters, and even Kanye West.

After the DJ said, “A lot of people in our culture don’t jive with Donald Trump,” Dogg jumped in.

His offering: “I tell them straight up, ‘I don’t give a f***. If you like that n***** you’re a motherf***ing racist. F*** you and f*** him.”

He continued with more of the same: “Before him, there were no lines. Everybody was everybody, we respected everything, we didn’t trip … but when he drew the line and started pointing motherf***ers out and singling them out, then f*** them. You and them. Kanye, too. Don’t forget about him. F*** you, too.”

(Hmmm…)

Dogg has criticized Kanye West before for his support of Donald Trump.

He’s even shared photoshopped images on his social media showing West with a lighter complexion.

“The new. Kanye well all white now way to go dude,” read the caption to one photo.

Dogg has also been critical of the president in the past.

The rapper caused controversy when he released a music video last year; he was shown pulling a gun on a “clown” version of Donald Trump.

Before Trump ever ran for president, he and Dogg actually had a professional relationship.

Dogg was one of the people chosen to playfully mock the then-real estate mogul for Comedy Central’s 2011 “Roast of Donald Trump.”

Celebrities like Dogg are too willing to make blanket statements about Trump voters and supporters. To call them all racist is a completely ridiculous claim. That would mean all military members who supported the president are racist, including “Lone Survivor” author Marcus Luttrell.

That means artists such as Dean Cain and Nick Searcy are racist.

Dogg has never added much meaningful commentary to larger cultural or political discussions, but he’s hit a new low with this new interview. It shows just how desperate and seething Trump’s worst critics are.
