Michael Avenatti, who has made his name by representing porn actress Stormy Daniels in her suit against President Donald Trump, is now delivering some new and shocking bombshell allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, 53, a nominee to the Supreme Court.

Avenatti is claiming he has an alleged witness who can describe that Kavanaugh essentially participated in, and helped organize, a “gang-rape” ring against women in the 1980s.

Judge Kavanaugh has vigorously denied he participated in any such activities as claimed by Dr. Christine Ford and now Deborah Ramirez.

And on Monday, the nominee slammed the latest “smears” and said he will not abandon his nomination.

“There is now a frenzy to come up with something — anything — that will block this process and a vote on my confirmation from occurring,” Kavanaugh wrote, in part, in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee leaders.

The Daily Wire, Fox News, and other outlets have reported the latest information about Avenatti.

There is nothing about these past few weeks in regard to the Kavanaugh nomination that has gone smoothly.

Avenatti, whose credibility has been questioned by some in the past, shared screenshots of emails between himself and Mike Davis, chief counsel for nominations for the Senate Judiciary Committee, in which he alleged he is aware of witnesses who have accused Kavanaugh and others of targeting and gang-raping women years ago.

Ford, a California psychologist, has named Mark Judge as a witness to her allegation against Kavanaugh from the early ’80s, when they were both teenagers in high school, but he has denied knowing anything about what she has charged and has said he will not testify.

Avenatti, for his part, believes Judge must be subpoenaed.

In an email, Avenatti wrote that he is “aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C., area during the early 1980s, during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge, and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang-rape them.”

And on Twitter, he claimed this: “I represent a woman with credible information regarding Judge Kavanaugh and Mark Judge. We will be demanding the opportunity to present testimony to the committee and will likewise be demanding that Judge and others be subpoenaed to testify.”

He also claimed, “There are multiple witnesses that will corroborate these facts, and each of them must be called to testify publicly.”

Avenatti went ahead and listed six questions that investigators, to his mind, should ask Kavanaugh.

These include:

  • “Did you ever target one or more women for sex or rape at a house party?”
  • “Did you even attend any house party during which a woman was gang-raped or used for sex by multiple men?”
  • “Did you ever witness a line of men outside a bedroom at any house party where you understood a woman was in the bedroom being raped or taken advantage of?”
