A video released on Wednesday shows that some San Francisco residents approve of illegal aliens’ having the same voting rights as American citizens.

Will Witt of PragerU, a nonprofit conservative group that creates videos about various political and economic topics, interviewed residents on the streets of the Golden Gate City to ask if they think illegal aliens should vote, as Breitbart reported.

“Do you think people who are illegal aliens in this country, or illegal aliens, should they be allowed to vote?” Witt asked one woman.

“I don’t believe that people are illegal,” she answered, “so yes.”

Witt pressed the woman further, asking if illegal aliens should still be allowed to vote “even if they don’t pay into the tax system.”

The woman should probably hope the IRS doesn’t watch this video: “I haven’t paid taxes since 2014 and I still vote, so yes,” she replied.

“You know, I feel like people [who] are living here, anyone illegal or not has a right in their opinion,” another woman told Witt. “I do feel that everyone has a right to vote — illegal or not.”

These San Franciscans aren’t alone: A Rasmussen poll released on July 24 found that 31 percent of Democrats nationwide agree illegal aliens should have the right to vote in local elections — as long as they pay taxes.

San Francisco voters apparently are chomping at the bit to get illegal aliens engaged in the political process; just weeks ago they passed a proposition giving non-U.S. citizens the ability to vote in local school board elections.
