A police officer was subduing a robbery suspect in Houston, Texas, this week and needed an immediate assist — but a security guard nearby was too busy filming the takedown to come over and help the officer, as multiple outlets including The Daily Caller reported.

“Stop f***ing filming and help me!” the officer shouted to the female security guard.

Yet she seemed spectacularly unmoved by his pleas in video taken at the scene — which has since gone viral.

Bystanders began filming the confrontation between the officer and 17-year-old Davon Shavelle Miller, who was pulled over because the car he was driving was connected with an aggravated robbery and a shooting.

Miller subsequently fled from the officer, who eventually caught up to him and was able to tackle him.

“He’s trying to kill me!” the suspect yelled while on the ground.

But the officer, who was struggling to subdue Miller, yelled that he was trying to grab his service weapon.

“Stop grabbing my cuffs,” the officer can be heard saying as he sits on top of Miller.

As the struggle between them continued, a woman who was standing somewhere nearby repeatedly screamed to the young man, “Stop resisting!” and “It’s not worth your life!” as the officer attempted to keep his arms down.

“He’s trying to kill me!” Miller yelled back at her.

“No he is not, stop resisting,” the woman repeated to him, according to Click2Houston.

An unidentified man was attempting to help the officer when the security guard emerged from her car.

But instead of rushing over to assist, she held her cellphone out and appeared to begin recording the situation.

“This guy is absolutely a threat. He had a pistol in his car that his girlfriend actually wrapped in a towel and threw it in the bushes while our officer [was] fighting with him,” Joe Gamaldi, president of the Houston Police Officers’ Union, said, according to Click2Houston.

Miller is charged with disarming a police officer.

And while it is presumed that the person standing there filming the scene as it unfolded was a security guard, that has not yet been confirmed.

“You know, a so-called security guard, [that was] a complete joke. She should be ashamed of herself,” Gamaldi said, adding that he thought the individual should be fired immediately.
