Vacationers enjoying a beach day on a luxury resort in Spain’s Costa de la Luz on Sunday were stunned — truly stunned — when a boatload containing some 50 illegal immigrants or more sped toward the shore in a semi-inflatable boat, as Breitbart reported.

When the boat landed, the illegals raced off the craft and sped on foot toward the town.

The actions left the incredulous onlookers to watch, film with their smartphones — and wonder what in the world was going on right in front of their eyes.

The illegal aliens stormed the Barrosa Beach in Sancti Petri, Spain, which contains a number of shops, restaurants, and four- and five-star hotels, according to the (U.K.) Daily Mail.

“Look how they’re running toward the Sancti Petri Melia Hotel. They’re heading for the all-inclusive Melia Sancti Petri. Look, look, look!” shouted one panicked beachgoer in the recording — who was watching as the migrants surged toward town.

European security services previously had expressed concern that illegal landings of this kind could be used to put radical Islamic terrorists from North Africa onto packed European beaches, as Breitbart noted.

These boat landings aren’t just happening in Spain — some may be happening right here at home.

An abandoned boat that may have been used for human smuggling was discovered in mid-June on a beach in Orange County, authorities said, according to the Los Angeles Times.

“There were no people. It was already abandoned. There [were] just remnants in the boat,” said Sgt. Jim Cota of the Laguna Beach Police Department.

“We got there and we’re here like 10 minutes. and realized there’s no need for us to be here.”

Border Patrol agents from the San Clemente Station were notified that a 20-foot boat had made landfall on the beach, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Ralph DeSio.

Back on European soil, tourists have previously been targeted in Tunisia, where a jihadi with a firearm disguised in a parasol murdered 38 mostly British sunbathers in 2017, while footage shared online in late July showed a large group of illegal migrants landing at another packed beach in Zahora.

Gangsters from Morocco once used the Spanish sea route before illegal migrants began using it in fast boats to run arms, illegal drugs, and unlicensed tobacco into Spain, deploying a shocking level of violence against police and other authorities who try to interfere with their “business,” as Breitbart noted.

“We are in a state of war and we are losing,” lamented one official tasked with dealing with the gangs in an interview with El Pais.
