Hollywood Hatred Boils Over After Democrats Suffer Ohio Election Losses

Chelsea Handler, Debra Messing and more pleaded for votes — then other liberals attacked the GOP and Green Party voters

Hollywood is losing its mind over the results of Tuesday’s elections.

With Democrats walking away with no major victories, leftists did what they tend to do in these situations. They jumped on Twitter in anger.

The election that is still getting the most attention was in the 12th Congressional District of Ohio, where Republican Troy Balderson ran against Democrat Danny O’Connor. Celebrities took to social media leading up to the election and tried to encourage people to vote — but then turned to shaming anyone and everyone who disagreed with them once the results started rolling in.

O’Connor earned endorsements from celebrities like Chelsea Handler and John Legend — but that didn’t boost him enough to pull out a definitive victory.

And then came the reactions to the results.

Here are four in particular that stand out.

“Charmed” star and outspoken leftist Alyssa Milano was so mad when it began looking like Balderson would win that she began shaming Green Party voters and equating their actions with “Russian meddling.”

Comedian Bill Eichner and “Will & Grace” star also targeted Green Party voters through their social media accounts.

Messing also called Green Party voters an “embarrassment” in another tweet.

Controversial comedian Kathy Griffin even set her sights on Green Party voters and had a rather contradictory message for them.

If she believes they can vote for whichever candidate they want, then why does the rest of her tweet even exist?

It’s actually reached the point at which Democrats are so unwilling to perform self-reflection on their own platforms that they’re jumping to conspiracy theories, anger and accusations of treason when they lose.

This is not why they are losing elections. The American people are sending a message— and clearly, many leftists are simply not listening.
